Prices
1. All our products are priced in Singapore dollars.

Information Required
Client is responsible for the information provided when placing the order. COLOURS N BLOOMS cannot be held responsible for any product discrepancy or delivery shortcoming resulting in error of information entered in the order form.

Delivery Schedule

Orders for Hampers - within 3 to 5 working days from date of order

Other services - such as personalized gift, wedding or event decoration, as per mutual agreement

No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays

Festive season subject to new posting of delivery schedules

We will not be liable for late delivery.

Delivery Charges

1. Free in Singapore unless otherwise stated.

2. Delivery Surcharge of SGD15 per order will be applicable FOR:-
a) ORDERS BELOW SGD 65.00
b) SPECIAL request outside our stipulated delivery schedule.
c) RESTRICTED areas, namely
Sentosa
Jurong Island
Air Cargo Complex
Military Camps
All PSA Ports
d) REDIRECTION
If the recipient is unavailable at instructed time of delivery, a SGD 15.00 surcharge is applicable per
attempt, for all subsequent or redirected deliveries.

Self Collection

Due to the perishable nature of the product, all self collection must be completed within the appointed time.

Payment Mode

1. Direct Deposit to COLOURS N BLOOMS PTE LTD DBS CURRENT ACCOUNT NO. 033-902318-3

2. Paypal payment via our e-shop

3. Cash or Credit card - at our premise

4. Cash - collection at client's premise, a surcharge of /- is applicable

5. Cheque - payee COLOURS N BLOOMS PTE LTD

Payment Terms

1. Individual orders - payment in advance
2. Company orders - payment within 14 days of invoice date

Substitution

COLOURS N BLOOMS reserves the right to substitute appropriate flowers and or gift items of equal or higher value in the event when ordered items become unavailable at time of delivery. Utmost care and attention will be exercised in processing each order.

Changes or Cancellation

1. Changes to or cancellation of order is possible only prior to order being processed.
2. Gift orders cancellation will be subject to a service charge of 50% per gift order.
3. Hamper orders may be cancelled up to three days prior to the scheduled delivery date and will be subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the order value.

Exchange & Refunds

All products sold are non-exchangeable and non refundable

Quality Endorsement

In the event of a visible defect on our product, to be verified by COLOURS N BLOOMS, client shall be entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, exclusive of any other indemnity or damages. Product must be sent back to COLOURS N BLOOMS within 24 hours of receiving the item, in original packaging. Client shall bear the delivery charges to COLOURS N BLOOMS, if any.
