Self Collection
Due to the perishable nature of the product, all self collection must be completed within the appointed time.

Payment Terms

Substitution
ColoursnBlooms reserves the right to substitute appropriate flowers and or gift items of equal or higher value in the event when ordered items become unavailable at time of delivery. Utmost care and attention will be exercised in processing each order.
Changes or Cancellation

Exchange & Refunds
All products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
Quality Endorsement
In the event of a visible defect on our product, to be verified by ColoursnBlooms, client shall be entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, exclusive of any other indemnity or damages. Product must be sent back to ColoursnBlooms within 24 hours of receiving the item, in original packaging. Client shall bear the delivery charges to ColoursnBlooms, if any.
