Delivery Terms

General guideline

Orders for FlowersDelivery
Mondays to Saturdays before 2pmsame working day
Mondays to Saturdays after 2pmnext working day
Non-Working Daywithin the next working day

Orders for Hampers – within 3 to 5 working days from date of order


Other services – such as personalized gift, wedding or event decoration, as per mutual agreement


No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays


Festive season subject to new posting of delivery schedules


Late delivery will not give rise to the payment of damages.

Delivery Charges

1 Free in Singapore unless otherwise stated.
2 Delivery Surcharge of $20 per order will be applicable FOR:
 
a) ORDERS BELOW $65
b) SPECIAL request outside our stipulated delivery schedule.
c) RESTRICTED areas, namely
Sentosa
Jurong Island
Air Cargo Complex
Military Camps
All PSA Ports
d) REDIRECTION
If the recipient is unavailable at instructed time of delivery, a $20 surcharge is applicable per attempt, for all subsequent or redirected deliveries.
